Sanitary Waste Disposal
Discreet, hygienic sanitary disposal units supplied, installed and serviced on a schedule that suits your site. Every unit is treated with a Biosan P sachet on each visit — a natural, biodegradable sanitiser that kills tested pathogens (including Hepatitis B and HIV), controls odour and repels insects for up to 8 weeks. Duty of Care certificate included free with every collection.
Nappy & Clinical Waste Bins
60-litre clinical waste bins for nappy waste and non-hazardous medical waste, available in white, yellow or grey. Bins are installed, serviced and cleaned to your site's requirements, with fresh clinical waste bags fitted and a Duty of Care certificate provided on every visit.
Air Freshening Systems
Programmable Airfresh IPE dispensers deliver consistent fragrance and odour control, with automatic reset on refill and up to three enhanced-intensity periods per day — so your washrooms smell fresh exactly when footfall peaks.
Soap Dispensers & Refills
Sleek, lockable liquid soap dispensers in a durable satin finish, available on rental or purchase. Easy-clean ABS construction, 1-litre capacity and secure keyed access. Antibacterial soap refills supplied as part of your service.
Air Steril Odour & Infection Control
Air Steril units work 24/7 to destroy the bacteria, viruses, mould and fungi that cause washroom odours — sanitising both the air and exposed surfaces without masking agents or added chemicals. Available on hire & maintenance, outright purchase, or maintenance-only plans. Covers up to 30m².
Washroom Vending Machines
Slimline dual-column vending machines stocked with sanitary towels and tampons — fully serviced and restocked by our team with no input needed from your staff. Perfect for meeting the emergency needs of staff and customers, even where space is tight.
Water Management Systems
Our Flow-saver® intelligent urinal flush control cuts water usage by up to 96% (70% on average), using infrared presence detection to flush only when your washroom is actually in use — with an automatic hygiene flush every 12 hours. Helps you meet Water Supply Regulations 1999 requirements while dramatically reducing water bills. Available to purchase or on hire & maintenance.
Urinal Sanitisation (Quadrasan)
Quadrasan automatic dosing units clean continuously — killing bacteria and fungi, eliminating odours at source and preventing the build-up of uric salts and scale in your pipework. Serviced up to 12 times per year.
Urinal & Trough Odour Screens
VOC-exempt, recyclable odour screens that keep urinals fragrant for up to 30 days while catching debris and preventing drain blockages. Available for individual urinals and full-length troughs, in citrus or linen fragrance.
Entrance & Barrier Mats
70% of the dirt in your building walks in on people's feet. Our non-slip nitrile-backed entrance mats stop up to 90% of it — capturing up to 6kg of dirt and 3 litres of water per square metre. Standard and custom logo mats available in a range of sizes and colours.

Do I legally need sanitary bins in my workplace?
Yes. The Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 require all commercial premises to provide suitable sanitary disposal in ladies’ washrooms — even if only one female is employed on site.
What is a Duty of Care certificate?
It’s the legal proof that your controlled waste has been collected by a licensed carrier and managed to the point of final disposal, as required by the Environmental Protection Act 1990. We provide one free with every visit.
How often will you service our units?
Whatever your site needs — schedules range from monthly to weekly visits, and we’ll recommend the right frequency during your free site survey.
